1. Any health information captured by the PingCares Watch carries no medical claims and is only used for reference.
2. PingCares makes no guarantee on the constant connectivity of the watch, including access to internet and voice calling, as it is subject to the coverage and service of the cellular carrier and the state of the watch during usage.
3. I opt in to receive text messages from PingCares based on insights captured by the watch. I can opt out anytime by texting "stop" to future texts from PingCares.
