Sean Liu
Founder/CEO
Sean Liu founded PingCares in 2021 with the goal of creating technology to improve the quality of life for older adults. He has a deep connection with his grandparents. Their bond, along with Sean's love and respect for older adults in general fuel the motivation behind PingCares.
Previously, Sean worked as a Marketing Strategist, a Business Development Manager, and founded two other companies. He was originally trained as an Engineer at UIUC. He later obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago and studied and researched under Nobel laureate Eugene Fama.

Isaac Parakati
Head of Product & Data Science
Isaac Parakati is a key contributor to PingCares' intellectual property, including data analytics and algorithms that detect abnormal health data and notify families. He is passionate in building systems that bring together human creativity and machine intelligence.
Isaac has strong professional experience from healthcare provider and payor groups. He studied Mathematics at the University of Chicago, received his Master's in Biostatistics from Emory University, and has co-authored numerous academic papers and has 87 citations.

Bob was an early (personal) investor and has been an advisor to PingCares from the beginning. At AARP, he leads enterprise-wide development and the implementation of strategy to support all family caregivers in the US, including advocacy, market influence, digital tools, and many others.

Former President
Jennie advises PingCares on strategy formation. She played a key role in the development of the PACE all-inclusive care model for the elderly and its passage through legislature. As the former AARP President, Jennie was a contributor to the 2010 Affordable Care Act discourse.

Mary has been guiding PingCares in go-to-market and connecting to key leaders in the Longevity space. She founded MFA in 2003 to help socially and consumer-conscious companies understand the real needs of this growing market and has secured over $300 million in venture financing.

John Power
President
John was key in leading the due diligence team at Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni Angels of Chicago when they invested in PingCares. Since 2021, John has been a strategy advisor. He has managed large, multinational business activities and is active in the Harvard alumni community.

Alexandra has been a marketing strategy advisor to PingCares since 2021. She served as the CMO at Banner Health, a $14 billion non-profit health system from 2015 to 2023. Having graduated from HBS, Alexandra worked in senior leadership and executive roles at various Fortune 500 companies.

Carol is an investor of PingCares through HBS Alumni Angels of Chicago and an accomplished healthcare executive who spent over 15 years of in global marketing, strategy, business development, and operations. To date, Carol has worked with customers in over 20 countries.

Scott shares the same Christian faith with Sean and Isaac and has been advising PingCares from the perspective of an accomplished entrepreneur. He currently leads the Link-age Group and is the the Co-Founder of Link-age Launch, a venture studio in in healthcare innovation and aging.
Jean Summers
Former Senior VP of Operations

Jean shares her deep expertise in the senior living sector with PingCares and guided the team during their initial product launch. She has over 35 years of experience in senior management and helped Americare substantially expand its assisted living division across five states.
