Alexandra Morehouse is an experienced growth executive with extensive expertise in digital transformation, strategic scaling, and organizational development across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has successfully guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and growth initiatives. With a background as a C-suite executive, she has a proven track record of managing P&Ls and addressing complex risk and compliance issues.
Alexandra currently serves on multiple public, private, and international boards, contributing as a chair of strategy committees and as a member of Risk, Compensation, and Nomination/Governance committees. She is also an advisor to
five digital start-ups, from emerging ventures to pre-IPO companies, providing insights and strategic direction in digital innovation.
In her operating roles, Alexandra has been Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Digital Officer for several Fortune 500 companies. Currently, she is the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Banner Health, where she has led significant digital initiatives and marketing strategies since 2015. Previously, she served as Vice President of Advertising & Brand Management at Kaiser Permanente and as the leader of the Marketing Innovation Lab (MiLab), a collaborative venture with Google, Facebook, and the Direct Marketing Association, focused on delivering marketing best practices to Fortune 100 companies. Alexandra also held marketing leadership positions at AAA, Charles Schwab, and American Express, driving digital transformation and growth.
Recognized for her contributions to the business community, Alexandra has been featured in Forbes, Business Week, The Economist, and Direct Marketing magazine. She has received multiple accolades, including the "Marketers that Matter" award from the Wall Street Journal in 2014 and being named among the "Most Influential Women in Business" by the San Francisco Business Times for three consecutive years.
Alexandra holds a BA and an MBA from Harvard University and serves on the board of Harvard Business School Community Partners, the Chief Marketing Officer Council, and the SharpBrains Neuroscience Research Institute.
