Return and Warranty Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident with your PingCares Watch. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • The product must be returned in good condition.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the watch is damaged beyond repair due to user error (e.g., intentional damage, water immersion, or physical abuse).

  • Please note: the PingCares Watch is water-resistant but not waterproof. It should not be worn in the shower, bath, or while swimming. Use the shower box provided in your package to safely store your watch during bathing.

  • Customers are responsible only for the cost of return shipping to PingCares.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Your PingCares Watch is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Repair or replacement of defective products at PingCares’ discretion.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Water damage due to wearing the watch while showering, bathing, or swimming (as it is water-resistant, not waterproof). Always use the provided shower box to protect the device.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, battery life reduction over time).

How to Return or Request Service

  1. Contact PingCares Customer Support at support@pingcares.com with your order number and issue.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Please package your watch securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
