She currently serves as Director at Medline Industries, a leading healthcare company, where she focuses on executive management, team performance, and strategic initiatives. Her leadership helps drive growth and operational improvements, strengthening Medline's role in the global healthcare market.

In addition to her role at Medline, Carol is the founder of Creek School Advisory, a consulting firm offering advisory services in health technology, biotech, and wellness. She helps early-stage companies with strategic planning, operations, and market growth. Among her clients are a biotech company focused on 

tissue regeneration and a neurostimulation venture supporting people with autism. Carol also served as an interim president for a startup developing breast cancer diagnostics.

 

Carol's background includes working as an advisor for Brentwood Advisory, where she has been providing strategic advice to businesses for over seven years. Her expertise lies in guiding companies through complex challenges in regulated industries, especially in international growth, product development, and market expansion.

 

Previously, Carol was the Chief Marketing Officer at Anika Therapeutics, where she managed international sales and marketing in over 30 countries. She also led the company's operations in Italy, playing a key role in expanding Anika’s global presence.
