Scott Collins is the President and CEO of Link-age Group, where he has been at the forefront of senior care innovation for over 20 years. Under his leadership, Link-age has grown into a leading network serving over 1,100 senior living locations, providing essential services such as group purchasing, cost containment, and specialized market research for organizations aiming to better understand and engage older adult consumers.
Link-age Group comprises three integrated entities: Link-age Solutions, Link-age Ventures, and Link-age Connect. Link-age Solutions supports cost reduction for more than 600 senior living providers, while Link-age Ventures invests in companies developing products, services, and technologies for the aging
population. Link-age Connect provides vital market research and insights to help businesses navigate the longevity economy. Beyond his role at Link-age, Scott co-founded three venture funds, collectively managing over $100 million in assets, focusing on the healthcare and aging sectors. Most recently, he co-founded Link-age Launch, a venture studio dedicated to creating companies that promote healthy aging and improve post-acute care.
Scott's expertise extends beyond corporate leadership to thought leadership in the aging sector. He is a nationally recognized speaker on healthcare, aging, and the longevity economy, having presented at prestigious forums such as the United Nations 78th General Assembly’s Scientific Conference and The Gerontological Society of America’s Annual Scientific Meeting. His insights have been featured in prominent media outlets, including US News & World Report, The Atlantic Magazine, and The International Council on Active Aging.
Scott’s career began in commercial real estate and textiles before moving into healthcare and aging, including a role as Vice President at GE Capital. Today, he continues to drive strategic growth and innovation, shaping the future of aging services through his work at Link-age and beyond.
